What makes the Belle Speaker special?
The speaker is pretty powerful on its own. It has two 2 inch full range speakers as well as a 5 inch sub-woofer. Especially praised for its bass response, this speaker can make your world vibrate with frequencies as low as 30 Hz. But this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Anyone who has ever tried to throw a party with one speaker will tell you it just doesn’t cut it. The company behind the Belle Speaker knows this too. To fix that issue, they have included the ability to connect to 6 other speakers through Bluetooth. You can then set these 6 speakers in various locations for a complete sound system. Furthermore, it also has the ability to work as a lone sub-woofer.
On the side of power, it comes with a 10000 mAh battery under the hood that promises approximately 8 hours of play back time. It offers splash resistance and features touch controls for easy use while also including a handy carrying case. If these don’t look appealing enough, the Belle Speaker can also charge devices through USB.
Podo Labs, the team behind the speaker, are also releasing a cheaper alternative. Called the Belle Lite, there are no major differences between the two. It supports connectivity to up to 4 devices, has a smaller 8000mAh battery and is a tad bit smaller in terms of size and does not include a handle on it. The difference in price is quite great though. The Belle Lite is available for around $219 while the flagship model is $299. The only downside is that you have to wait until July of 2018 to get your hands on these beauties!
